Refund after number porting

Hi o2, 

 

I recently ported my number from o2 to another provider and I have a lot of money left in my o2 prepaid account.

 

How may I get this money back ?

How long will this process take ?

 

I appreciate the help specially since i cannot speak German, using the website becomes very difficult.

Please download and fill in this form: Guthabenauszahlung Prepaid and send it to the following adress:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

O2 Prepaid-Kundenbetreuung

90345 Nürnberg

Remember the signature. 
 

Afterwards it takes up to two weeks notice until you get the transfer to the mentioned bank account.
