Refund after buying a tariff by accident


Dear O2,

Today, when I tried to recharge my o2 prepaid sim card,

I accidentally bought a new prepaid Sim card (All-Net Flat) from Nahkauf due to my weak German. This was totally by mistake, and I had to pay 15 euros for a prepaid sim which I will never use.

I would like to have a refund for this and give up the prepaid sim card which I bought by accident. Is this possible?

Dear @Refund after buying a tariff,

Please contact Nahkauf where you purchased the product. Perhaps they can take back the SIM card that is still in its original packaging.

By the way, you can also top up your credit via SEPA Direct Debit. Then you don't have to buy a recharge card.

Please contact Nahkauf where you purchased the product. Perhaps they can take back the SIM card that is still in its original packaging.

By the way, you can also top up your credit via SEPA Direct Debit. Then you don't have to buy a recharge card.

I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding when purchasing a top-up card. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a refund in this case. Have you been able to clarify in the shop whether you can return the card?

Unfortunately I wasn't able to refund the card at Nahkauf since the package was opened. So I am now using the new sim at the moment for the internet package. But thank you anyways for the response :)
