Hello, my sim card was locked because I entered my PIN incorrectly 3 times (I have the correct one now). I need to restore it but I lost my PUK code and have no access to my account on o2

Unfortunately, we cannot help you here in the community because we are not allowed to issue a PIN or PUK here. You can only receive it if you call our hotline and give your your four-digit personal customer code or if you call customer service from the my o2 app.
