Problem with the payment account!

Dear, on 20.06 we paid the bill to Telefonica Germany GmbH for 85 euros.

We paid on customer  number xxx 85 euros! Our real number is xxx.

Please help me to implement that we have paid. I  found out today when I logged in and saw the bill of €203.10  

Please help me to know the exact amount that I have to pay. Thank you very much and greetings to all :)

Hello @Josip Murat If the costs have been admonished, possibly the costs can not be stopped, the 85 € they have paid. How can it come to the higher price. The 203,10 € as it is listed in your invoice. Vg Andi40

Hello @Josip Murat,

the currently still open bill amounts to 159,96€. If you paid 85€ to a different account by mistake, then you can have this be moved to the correct one by our dunning department. You can reach them from Monday to Friday between 8 am til 6 pm via Hotline or Chat. They can also help you with the outstanding bill in case you can’t pay the entire sum at this point.

You won’t necessarily reach someone there who speaks english, do you have someone that could help you translate things in that case, that would probably help a lot.
