I have a postpaid contarct account with 2 SIM included.
Now both SIMs are blocked due to running high costs (International Calls).
I understood that I need to deposit a specific amount of money to my account to be able to unblock the SIMs.
My question is how could I deposit this amount? as I only find the topup option for prepaid not for postpaid.

A block is set up to protect customers if, for example, costs are too high. As soon as this block is set up, it is lifted when the premium has been paid.
Actually, you should have received an information telephone number with the blocking notification to clarify this if you’re having further questions.
The quickest way to get your card back in use and unlocked would be to pay the outstanding bill in a shop. Do you have the possibility to do this?
