Porting Number between O2 contracts

I have had an O2 Free M contract for about 3 years. I recently upgraded the plan to include a new iPhone and I would like to keep my old phone number. How can I port my previous number with the older contract to the new contract & phone?

Hello @sixfive80,

if you upgraded your tariff the mobile number should have stayed the same. Or did you sign a new additional contract? In that case you can port your phone number via our colleagues from the customer service :-)
