I see that your number has already been approved for porting. The current release is valid until 29.12.2021. If you want to port your number after this date, you would have to release it again. But as it is, it is free for porting. You can now order the porting with your new provider. A porting fee is not due. This has been an innovation since a few days. If you would like to have the remaining balance on your card paid out, you can apply for a credit payout using this form:

I would like to port my O2 prepaid S phone number to another provider. I went to O2 shop and asked them about the process that I should do for porting my phone number, and they said that because I had a prepaid phone number, I do not need to do anything special with O2 team. They said that my phone number is now released and can be ported.
However, when I requested for the porting of my phone number, I received this message: You have not yet deposited a porting declaration (opt-in) with O2.
How should I pay the money? Could you please guide me?
As far as I understood, the form that was posted by @o2_Jessica is about paying back the remaining balance on my o2 account. However, this is not a prerequisite for porting my phone number to another provider.
the message I have received from my new provider is about depositing money ( their message: Bitte wenden Sie sich zur Hinterlegung der Portierungserklärung (Opt-In) an Ihren bisherigen Dienste-Anbieter.)
Would you please clarify this issue for me? How can I deposit the porting declaration (opt-in)?
