Hello, 

last October I bought one Iphone with 20gb internet monthly from O2, from a branch in Munich. 
But, now in my O2 online, it’s showing two additional mobile number with two additional tarif, which is not in my name nor I‘m using them. 
I just using one sim which I have brought. I have no idea how this two extra sim has been added on my account and it‘s also deducting money from my account. I’m very much frustrated. I also went to the O2 branch and told them to solve the problem, but they are not responding and giving me wrong directions. Please help me, I can only pay for my own tarif and phone bill. I can’t pay for the other phone number which is not mine.

Hello, 
On october 2022, I bought one Iphone with installment of 24months from a shop of o2 in Munich, Munchener freiheit. I took 20gb monthly package with my phone number.

I signed the contract and started using the sim, after some days when I checked the mein o2 site, I have found there two additional phone number 0176…….22 and 017….24 with some S tariff with them. 
They provided me one sim which I have brought and I’m only using this, not the other two numbers. 
My orginal number is 0176……36, I don’t want these additional two number in my account. 
I went to them and asked to terminate the two number but they told me to wait for two weeks.

After two weeks, still the numbers are on my online account, mein o2. Please help me, I can’t pay for the others bill which I’m not using or which numbers aren’t mine.

The three tariffs do not sound nice and I will take a look for you.
I have merged your three threads here so that no information is lost. I hope there are not more. ;)

First of all, I hope you had a good start to the new year. 

Your three contracts you have all concluded in a store. The seller is your contact person here. 
Have you already been in the store and talked to the seller? Only he can initiate a cancellation of the contracts. 
If this is no longer possible and you have not signed anything for the contracts, you can challenge these contracts by writing at our customer support via mail.
