Hello,
last October I bought one Iphone with 20gb internet monthly from O2, from a branch in Munich.
But, now in my O2 online, it’s showing two additional mobile number with two additional tarif, which is not in my name nor I‘m using them.
I just using one sim which I have brought. I have no idea how this two extra sim has been added on my account and it‘s also deducting money from my account. I’m very much frustrated. I also went to the O2 branch and told them to solve the problem, but they are not responding and giving me wrong directions. Please help me, I can only pay for my own tarif and phone bill. I can’t pay for the other phone number which is not mine.
