PIN forgotten and need PUK code


Hi,
I turned off my phone because the battery is soon to be drained, then I forgot the PIN when I turned on the phone. I cannot access my PUK since I'm in vacation and will be back in Germany after 3 weeks, how can I retrieve my PUK?

welcome to the o2 community!

Since you’re registered in our community, you can access your PIN and PUK via your Mein o2 account. That way you should be able to unlock your phone again.

Hi, I have forgotten my pin and it doesn’t appear in the Mein o2 account website.  What can i do?

@dsc34 Have you checked over web browser or mein o2 Service (iOS or Android) ?

I have checked by myself. In the moment i am get problems to get pin/puk over web browser. Over the mein o2 Service App iOS it works.

Have you been successful with the help of joe's tip with the Mein o2 App?

Online, you should find your PIN and PUK here when you are logged in with your mobile number. If it is urgent, you can also contact our customer support. There is also a phone number for English support.

Hi, I have the same concern. I am on vacation and do not have either PIN or PUK and the battery was drained. I have my Mein O2 in my mobile, however it says my account is locked due to wrong tries.
This is a new account I created with my email address.

So all the info I have to retain my PUK (PIN is locke due to 3 retries) are my sim card, my email address with which I registered, and also all the details (address etc for verification that I am the actual owner of the sim). How shall I proceed?

I could only find phone numbers to contact O”, since I am India, I prefer to have some email contact from O2 customer support if available.

Can you please guide me.

Dear @DRK_User ,

please use for logins into my o2 with email addresses the online portal not the app.

In India it is also possible that you need a vpn to log into our app.
