Phone internet not working

Hello, 

for the past one month my phone internet is not working. When I contact the customer care, all they say is to turn off my and on. It doesn’t help. And I’m paying every month for something that is useless. I want a solution to this immediately and my money back for August. Worst service I ever faced. You just try to trap customers and make them pay for the horrible service you provide.

Please excuse that you have difficulties with your connection. Which tariff and router do you use? Please show us pictures of the wiring of your router with the TAE socket. Maybe we can find the cause.

 I am having issues with my phone internet. I have a O2 Free S boost Plus.
