Phone contract without sim tarif

Hi team

I just ordered the Apple iPhone 11 Pro without 02 tariff (  SIMCard ), so I have a question about the contract

This is the order number I received from O2  -  WSHXXXXXXX

1. Should I take an O2 SIM (O2 tariff) with this deal because  I am currently using my office SIM, so now I don't need a new tariff or SIM from O2? (only phone contract is required)

2.Is the contract valid without an O2 SIM?

3. The contract period is 24 months so should I send an email to cancel the contract after 24 months ?

I am happy to help you with your iPhone 11 Pro. Please be aware of the fact that this is a public community. Please do not mention any personal data. Therefore, I deleted your order number of your device.

 

Our devices are free to use with any sim-cards. So, you can just use also your office SIM-card that you already have.

 

Even if you do not have any sim-card from o2, the contract for your device is valid. You can check all details concerning your device at “Mein o2”: all details concerning your o2-device

 

The payment for your device will end automatically after 24 months. If you like to end your contract to an earlier date, please use this link: ending your device to an earlier date You will then receive the information concerning the open amount.

 

Did the iPhone 11 Pro already arrive at your place? If yes, how do you like the device?

    I want to know if i take a cellphone without contract. Can I keep the phone at the end of the contract or do i have to return it to O2

    Hi @junaidsial,

     

    when the instalment plan ends, the phone is paid and yours. :relaxed:

    In general, there is also no sim-lock or branding, you can always use your phone with any contract you wish to use.
