Payment was returned.


Hallo. Yesterday 02 Credited my bank account the amount of 60 euro. As payment for my installment phone. Today, When I was checking my bank account I received the amount 60 euro back. I would like to ask, is there a problem regarding to my payment status. Please kindly help. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I can´t see why the amount was debited back to us. Please ask your bank about this. I am sure, they can tell you why.

How much penalty for late payment? Is there another way to pay it. Aside from automatic credited to ky bank accont?. 

I didn’t recieve any invoice Ma’am.

Hey @eemmaann ,
did you manage to talk to your Bank?
According to our system, the first deposit and billing rate was transferred as agreed.
So everything is fine :-)
