I am trying to get an answer here, as your phone customer service is a nightmare. I have been hung up on so many times whenever I ask for english help, and I have been passed back and forth between various departments. Last friday I spent almost 4 hours, got hung up on 4 times, and passed 3 times between departments - I am not kidding.Its really shockingly bad! So, my contract has been terminated (from my side) and will now finish end of 2022. As I am no longer in Germany and using this sim, I want to receive one bill (for all the remaining months), pay it and close the sim card. Please advise
