Hi recently one O2 guy contacted me regarding the upgrade of plan to unlimited. I said ok but instead of updation I got a new sim and now I am paying for 2 contracts. I asked them to cancel my old plan but they said I have 17 months remaining and they cant cancel. I didnt ask for a new simcard. Kindly let me know what should I do.
