Hello @Shuvam, mhh thats sad to read for sure.
What Date was the Activation of the new SIM-Card?
You have 4 Weeks 14 Days “Widerrufsrecht” to cancel the new Contract.
Best regards
Steffen
Edit o2_Ines. Frist für Widerruf korrigiert.
Hi its more than 4 weeks now as I wasnot aware of that the new sim I recieved has different number and I only came to know last week that I have two contracts.
Hi @Shuvam, I'm sorry there maybe have been a misunderstanding at the telephone.
Unfortunately, we cannot do anything after the 14-day deadline for revocation.
Kind regards, Ines.
Hi,
There was no misunderstanding maybe your colleague didn't know the difference between the words plan update and a new plan. I am a student and really don't have money to pay that amount. Kindly take my account into the consideration.
Best regards,
Shuvam
Dear @Shuvam ,
as my colleagues have already written correctly, we can no longer do anything for you after the withdrawal period of 14 days. You were informed about the additional contract by email and also agreed to the contract conditions according to EECC.
I would also like to add that you concluded the new contract as a partner card with a combined benefit of 50%. Without the first contract, you would pay 20 euros more per month for the new contract. For the old contract, you pay 15 euros per month thanks to a high discount. If the old contract would be be deactivated, you would pay five euros more per month than you currently do with both tariffs.
However, this does not mean that we approve of customers getting a second contract that they don't really want. However, there is nothing we can do for you now, as you would have had to contact us within the 14-day cancellation period.
Do you know someone who could use your old contract and possibly help you with the costs?
Kind regards,
Andrea
