ordered prepaid sim last monday not arrived


Hello,

 

I ordered a prepaid SIM online last week, was told it would arrive within 2-3 days but it has now been a week and I've had nothing. I want to cancel and either get an e-sim or one from the shop (this is the second company this has happened with so unsure if it's the company or my new address- Deutsche post have had a complaint also) 

 

Have been in the country for two weeks and need a German number!

It's best to wait until tomorrow, if nothing has arrived, you can alternatively order a new one or go directly to the shop.

Please ignore- it came today! It seems they've stored all my letters for the past two weeks and sent them all in one day...…

 

But thank you for the prompt answer. I shall now install my sim!
