Ordered 02 basic free Contract not confimed!


Hello sir I’ve tried many times to order O2 free basic unlimited data for younger, I don’t know why is that happening Is there someone a someone who can Help me with my Order! :)

the message you quoted means that the credit check was negative and o2 cannot conclude a contract with you. We cannot say or see why a credit check turned out negative.
