Hi team,

I recently signed up for the O2 Free M Flex mit 20 GB special. I expected the order to have processed and shipped by now but so far I have only received an order confirmation number. I have to move houses on Thursday and, given the order has not yet been shipped, I would like to change the shipping address. Is this possible? Either way, an update on the progress / status of the order would be appreciated.
