@Maz69 What TP Link Archer MR600 Hardware Version you use? What firmware? Is this the EU Hardware version? Have you restart the router, after you try with static/app netpublic? Sorry for all the questions.

This is the device's info. I bought it hier in cologne, so I am sure it have a EU version.

By the way it worked for a while then stopped

@Maz69 Latest firmware. I run out of options. With the profile Eplus you have Internet, but no public IPv4.

Last try.  Did you do a factory reset of the TP Link router after a firmware update?

If Not, do it please.

@Maz69 Have you forwarded the port 44158 in the TP Link router? Only then is the port shown as open at port checker.

@Maz69 Try Port Triggering. You will get then open Port if you run Port checker.

Hi @Maz69

As I see you already got detailed suggestions from @Joe Doe during the weekend. Thanks a lot for that.

Did you already manage to get the internet to work with the public IPv4-address?

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Hi @Maz69

oh, congratulations! That sounds great. :hugging:

Thanks a lot also to @Joe Doe for his help in this matter.

If your internet is working now with “netpublic”, you are already using the public IPv4.

By the way, I see still that you sent an e-mail to withdraw from the public IPv4-adress. Can I destroy this e-mail now?

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Hello @Maz69,

all right, thanks for your feedback :-) I informed the departement, you will keep the public IPv4, the option will stay active as you wished :-)

Regards,

Hi @Derghebel ,

I’ve activated the puplic dynamic IPv4-Adress for your mentioned contract. Please change the APN from “internet” to “netpublic” and perform a restart if your Router.

If you have further questions, please let us know here :)

Best regards,
Kurt

Hi,

I changed my router from a fritzbox to Netgear Nighthawk M5.

With the M5 public dynamic IPv4-Adress is not working any longer.

There are only a few parameters I can change:

APN Name: O2 Germany

APN: NETPUBLIC

PDP: IPV4

PDP Roaming: IPV4

Authentication: PAP

Username and Password is empty.

With the  fritzbox it was working fine. I am in Italy, Net is WindTre or TIM.

Roaming data is activated, with standard APN the router works fine.

Ah, sorry , I found the reason.

My mistake! I used the second card of my multicard contract. But the public dynamic IPv4-Adress is working only with one of the cards. 😁
