Hello, I have added O2 unlimited month to my contract mobile S on 26th of may, currently in this month of june, it consumed all my 8GB data and now mobile data is showing completed but its not going to the unlimited pack, and am currently unable to use data. I have expiry for this unlimited pack till 26.06 but I cant use anything roght now. It would be great if you could help me out.

I just checked your issue in the system and the unlimited package was stuck in the system.

Everything should be working again now and you should be able to use your unlimited package.

due to a technical issue your ordered pack ist not activated yet, but I reset your data volume which you can use until the pack is finally active.

can you check again, if everything worked out, the Unlimited Pack should now be running correctly so that you won’t be having an issue with your mobile data.
