Hi. I'm new and made a contract with O2 online and now I tried using it and it is not giving me any network. It just keeps giving me the blue light on WLAN. No connection at all. I live in Fürstenberg, Germany. I don't know if it is the place, where my router is not getting network or something else. It also says "No Sim" when there is actually a Sim, I even tried it on my cellphone and it has a signal but in the router there is none. What can I do?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

If the simcard is working normally in your phone then we can exclude the possibility that the simcard or something with the net itself isn’t working properly, which means that probably the router itself is having an issue. What model of router are you using? Is it your own or did you rent one from us?

I have the o2 myHome M contract. I recently received the router and has been trying to make it work. I live in Fürstenberg, Germany and I’m not sure if that area is getting a signal from your network or not or maybe something is wrong with the router. What can I do to resolve this?


Hello @Jhelalooh ,

you said that you had a signal when you tried the sim in your phone, so it shouldn’t be an issue with the net itself. Or did I misunderstand you on this?
Please try and answer my previous questions as well, as that will help us help you.
