Not received the sim card


It’s been 7 days since I received the email confirmation of my prepaid M sim card and porting order (without confirmation number tho) stating that my order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. I haven’t received anything yet. What should I do now? How can I track my status without a confirmation/order number?

I have ordered a prepaid sim card and ordered my ALDI phone number to be ported to O2.

I have ordered one more than 3 weeks ago, online. 

I re-ordered as one of the o2 shops advised 10 days ago and I again did it online.

None delivered.

@o2_Andrea This is the most sarcastic way of support! You are marking your response as a solution?! Your response didn’t make an inch of difference to my problem and the problem is left unsolved!

I’ve unmarked the mentioned answer as solution. I’m sorry to hear, that the SIM cards still haven’t been delivered! We mentioned going to a store instead in the other thread; With two outstanding deliveries, this seems to me like the best option for obtaining the SIM. You can find shops in your area here:
