I ordered a prepaid sim card yesterday. When I was writing down the address, there was no place to enter my apartment number, which appears on the post box of the residence, as well. So, how can I add the apartment number to my address so that I can be sure that the sim card delivers?

another alternative would be to go to an o2 shop and buy a prepaid SIM card there.
Alternatively, we have always tried to adjust the ordering process manually and to get the information. With prepaid, however, you still have to register/identify yourself afterwards, so I wouldn't start with putting the information by name or anywhere else. Otherwise the identification will fail in the end.

Unfortunately the adress cannot be changed afterwards.
If the sim card doesn´t arrive at your adress, you can order a new prepaid sim with the correct adress.
The sim card will not be charged until it´s acitivated.

The problem is that there is no additional line in O2 form for additional information like apartment/post box number. So, even if I re-order the sim card, I won’t be able to write it down in the address.
