no service


I have paid the amount of money needed for the offers and reactivation of the o2 number, but it still shows that i have no service. I don't know how this is possible? What should I do in this case. The customer service near warschauer str is really bad.

Hello,

I have not received any information yet. I went to a couple of places/shops but they couldn't help me. So I would want to cancel the whole thing and get the money back, but I am not sure how to do that. I will open another number but I don't want to waste the money I already have on the other card.
