Hi, I have made a mistake, and ordered a new phone with a new contract, with an active Flex contract. I wanted to buy the phone with the current number, and if it was necessary just to change the Flex contract to a normal, 24 months one.
But instead when the SIM card and phone arrives, I will have two different numbers with two contracts.
Did anyone here have made the same mistake or knows how to fix it? I don’t necessarily want to cancel the order, I just want to have one only number with one contract.
