Hi
i am a new customer to o2. I’ve had the contract for a month now, but i am experiencing really bad network service, especially in and around my home. I do not still have a home wifi, and was hoping to rely on the data from my phone, but I cannot do that at all. I would like to know what my options are for my situation, as there is no sense for me continuing this service if I cannot use it in any way.
please advise. Looking for a viable solution for the same.
