My shipment has returned back


Hi,

 

I ordered a new connection with phone contract and it was shipped to my address. In DHL website it says that “The recipient refused to accept the shipment”, however I have not got any notification from DHL.

 

Are they Ninjas or what? I was at home ( I work from home) for the whole day and it was mentioned that they tried to deliver at 14:00. This is ridiculous and how I can get back in track with my contract now?

 

If not, I will cancel this and make a new contract. Please suggest some alternatives :)

I regret that something went wrong with the delivery of your phone XIAOMI MI 10T PRO 128GB. 

Is your name mentioned on your letter box?

The best thing to do is to get directly in contact with DHL by phone. Perhaps they can try again to deliver the phone to you. 

Additionally, I have also informed our delivery department about the issue. They will check that as well. 

If you have any further questions, just let me know. I hope that you will soon receive your device.

Thank you for the quick reply.

 

Yes, both my name and my spouse family name is there on the calling bell and also in the letter box.

 

The status is such that I am not able to get hold of DHL and they didnt even attempt a second delivery. Please see the attached tracking history. It seems the phone will reach your facility by today or tomorrow.

 

 

Also one more question in the delivery address my apartment number is not mentioned, maybe it is a reason why it is not delivered? ( But as I said earlier my name is mentioned in the postbox as well as in calling-bell)

 

Please do let me know what I should next.

with the return of the cellphone, the contract will most likely be cancelled.

In that case, please also withdraw from the SIM-Contract, (in case that won`t be done automatically).

After that, you`re free to order a new contract. Sorry that we can`t provide an easy way to simply re-reoute the package back to your adress!

thanks for your patience. 

As o2_Kurt already infornmed you, your contract XIAOMI MI 10T PRO 128GB is cancelled now. 

You have now the possibility to order the phone again, if you wish.
