Hi, I live in Hannover Germany.
I have ordered and received a New Samsung S22 Ultra , almost a Week ago, But phone has an Issue, it keeps turning off and restarting while video call on WhatsApp or Playing PUBG! and My front camera keeps focusing on my back ground instead of me!
I have emailed the Samsung Support team but they did not answer.
I have already checked that the Auto Restart time set is not turned and this a technical issue I am facing! and so annoying
what I need to know is how to replace my phone with a healthy device?! I do not have anyother phone but this one that I have recieved from O2. So I need this to be quick.
Please help me with this Issue.
(Note: I am a new student in Hannover and I do not know any German language yet. I am in need for English Support please )
