My handy contract - IBAN O2


Hello ! 
i want to pay a phone and i received a letter writing to me that the money would be withdrawn in two weeks but with the amount of 1039 euros, which before the letter was withdrawn for me that month for the monthly payment 49.50 euro! resulting in an amount of 990 euros and I would like to make the transfer to the Telefonică  (o2)! Can you please send me an IBAN ?

I don't know what the bank account is and I'd like to transfer your money

Where can i Find this kundennummer ?

Hello @Andrascu Bogdan ,

the Kundennummer for this should be a 10-digit one starting with 60. As there have been debits for the phone before you should be able to find it listed for those transactions. If you still need help to tell us, then we can also send you further info as a private message here.

I looked at the transactions I saw what was to be seen and I also put vertragsnummer and I sent the money!  if you have any details and if you have received anything please contact me with a message here or email

what do you mean, is the phone never locked?

With a smartphone, you can set how you want to lock it or not.

do I mean if it's network free?  if I can introduce other sim from other mobile phone companies
