My watch randomly stopped having cellular data associated with it. I have been using it for multiple years with one of my voice enabled multi sims.
Previously I had added this sim as a regular multi sim, it went fine and I had no issues whatsoever.
now when I try to enable the esim for my watch, the o2 website says that I will be charged 39€ despite having an available esim for this device.
Furthermore I keep getting errors when I try to activate the replacement esim I ordered through the meine o2 app, it fails to authenticate through sms even though I receive and type the code perfectly.
