I'm an O2 customer and I've tried calling the O2 customer service couple of times and unfortunately was not able to speak as I don't know German. I don't even have an email address to write an email to O2 customer service, hence writing here. If my concern can be heard by you, then I'm in need to involve my 14 days right of withdrawal for 2 orders that I activated by mistake. I'm currently using a third order tariff on my sim and have not used the tariff from the first 2 orders. I've already cancelled the order online the same day and the payment will be automatically deducted in the coming week. I received the message from O2 only after a day that the automatic payment will be debited from my linked account.

If you are not the right team, then direct me to the right department.

You need to send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de to cancel the contracts.
