Hi, I have multiples queries with O2 as follows:

  1. I bought and Iphone 13 pro max via Unidays-O2 partnership whichpromised a 200 Euro Amazon gift card, I have no clue about it now.
  2. My number porting to O2 from Ortel is still pending and there is no confirmation about the welcome bonus I may get.
  3. I am unable to verify my email address due to “Technical issues” of O2 website everytime.

Please help me with above queries.

To point 1, schluej is right - if you sign a contract with a dealer, he is your contact person. If you conclude the contract directly with o2, then o2 itself is your direct contact for your contract conditions.
Have you already contacted them?
Regarding point 2: have you already applied for the transfer? And have you already asked your other provider why the transfer has not yet taken place? What is the current status?
Regarding point 3: technical faults can always occur. Often, small problems are fixed on the site at the weekend, which is why some services are not available at a certain time. Did you try again and did the login/registration work?
