moved out of Germany in April and the handy & DSL contracts still not cancelled!

I de-registered and left Germany in April. I contacted o2 to inform them. They asked that I send a copy of my “Abmeldung” and new address to their Nuremberg address, which I did in May, along with the letter below. I have not heard from them and they continue to deduct the full amount from my account every month. Please help.

leider muss ich meinen DSL- und Handy-Vertrag kündigen, da ich zurück in die USA gezogen bin. In der Anlage finden Sie meine Neuanmeldung. Das Modem habe ich bereits per Post zurückgeschickt.

Ich habe seit über 10 Jahren einen Vertrag bei o2 und danke Ihnen sehr für Ihren tollen Service!

Dear @o2_Andrea,

Is it possible for you to start a new contract for my daughter? Her number ends in 549 and she is still in Germany. She would like the contract in the attached image—o2 Grow 40+MB 19.99EUR/month.

If you can start that new contract for her, it should be in her name with her contact details and bank account. How should we proceed?

Dear @msax ,

I was happy to have a look. It looks like they only terminated the DSL contract as of June 16th.
The two mobile phone contracts are currently still running.
It is also possible to cancel a mobile phone contract if you move abroad, but then you still have to pay for another month.
I will make sure that the mobile phone contracts are also cancelled. Since we received your letter on May 28th 2022 and you still have to pay the fees for one month, I will deactivate the contracts on 28.06.2022.

if your daughter wants to take over your contract please proceed according to our FAQ in English:

As soon as the contract is on her name, she can change the plan according to her needs.
