I'm using O2 Free Unlimited Max 500 Mbit service. However i have avarege speed of 15-20MBit. It's unbelievable. Why is this happening? I started to use the service a week ago. If this continues to be like this, I will quit using O2. Here is the last speed test i made. By the way i'm living in Potsdam.

I had a look into this, rigfht now there are no issues known for this addresses. Depending on if you tested this insied or outside a building your experience may vary. Also if there are many people using the mobile network in the vicinity it is possible that the attainable speed may be not as high as desired.

I'm using Redmi 10 and i used to reach 150MBit speed on this phone with my previous service provider in my house. Of course I did not expect to reach 500 Mbit speed but I thought it would be at least 300MBit. Sometimes i can't even have a speed higher than 10Mbit in my house.
For example:
5G N78 is active in “Stechlinweg, 14469 Potsdam”. (so you will reach 500 Mbit/s here)

have you already checked your network availability in the Live-Check? There you can also report a fault yourself if there is not yet one and it should be necessary.

My problem with internet speed is still continuing. Could anyone help me please?
I made two speed test just minutes ago. I used the same phone, the same application(Mein O2), the same place for both tests. I have two simcard in my phone. One is O2 and the other is Telekom. Remember i have 500 Mbit/s speed on O2 an d 50 Mbit/s on Telekom.
