Hi,

 

I have sent a letter today to the cancelation department to cancel my HomeSpot and Mobile Contract.

The contract will be fulfiled for the full 24 months and I have sent the termination notice before 3 months to the end of the contract.

Will I be receiving a confirmation of the same?

Also are there any further charges for Cancellation?

The. confirmation will show in your next invoice. There are no charges for terminating a contract.

Don’t worry - the costs that are mentioned here are for a “Vertragsstilllegung” - which is, and that is very confusing, contract termination in English when I check the translation.
But actually it is the decommissioning or maybe even better: pausing a contract!
So if a customer leaves Germany for several months there is the possibility to pause the contract which costs 29,99 EUR once per number.

For a normal termination there will be no extra fee! :nerd:

You will see the cancellations also on your next invoice under the point “Gut zu wissen / Informationen zu Ihrem Vertrag” on page 4.
