Hi there, i ordered a iPhone 13 max 128gb sierrablue on the 27.09.21

when i ordered it, it said that it was available for immediate delivery however it still says it has been pre ordered. i have recieved the order number but when i try to look and see where the order is, it says this function is not available.

is there anything you can do to help me see when i should be receiving the phone?

Nice that you already looked online in the order status

As soon as we give the iPhone 13 Max over for delivery to DHL, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. 

At the moment the delivery-time is 5-6 weeks. So it might be that you still have to wait. At the moment, I cannot give you an exact delivery-date.

Hi thanks for your answer however it hasnt solved my issue.

 

my order now says complete but with the order status still as pre ordered..

 

do i need to re order the phone?

No, it is not necessary to order the iPhone 13 Max again. 

I just had a detailed look. Your phone is ready for delivery. But I do not yet have a tracking-number. 

So, I would like to ask you for some further days of patience.
