I ordered a phone with a SIM card, I am a new customer at O2. I received 2 emails, summarising my payment informations, but not including order number. In the mails it was told, that the informations I provided e.g. IBAN number will be examined, and I will be contacted if my data are accepted. Since then, it has been absolute silence, no emails or phone calls or anything. I’m getting worried, because I don’t know if I have to pay, or not. I don’t know what’s going on, please help.
