I ordered the new iphone 14 pro last week with phone contract. I waited a week as it was written in the website and I just received the phone today by DHL. In the package, there was no sim.
Do I get the sim in a separate mail and have to wait a few days more? If I track my order online, it says that it is delivered. I believe it is referring to the mobile device because I did not receive any sim with it.

The phone and the mobile tarif are two separate contracts so you will receive the SIM separately.

Our SIM cards are normally mailed by letter and come in a separate delivery.
Due to the holidays, some deliveries may be slightly delayed. Have you received the card in the meantime?
