Dear O2Time,
I currently have a plan with 2 mobile numbers on the "O2 Free M Boost" plan with 40GBytes of data for each.
On January 28th 2023, I went to a Saturn store and an O2 salesperson offered me an exchange for a 10GB data plan for each number.
He asked for the cancellation of the old plan and provided me with two new chips that after a month (cancellation period) would start working with our old numbers.
The problem is that the cancellation did not take place.
I can request the cancellation of the old plans, but I don't know how to request the portability of the old numbers for the new plans. Can someone help me?
