Dear O2Time,
I currently have a plan with 2 mobile numbers on the "O2 Free M Boost" plan with 40GBytes of data for each.
On January 28th 2023, I went to a Saturn store and an O2 salesperson offered me an exchange for a 10GB data plan for each number.
He asked for the cancellation of the old plan and provided me with two new chips that after a month (cancellation period) would start working with our old numbers.
The problem is that the cancellation did not take place.
I can request the cancellation of the old plans, but I don't know how to request the portability of the old numbers for the new plans. Can someone help me?

Welcome to our o2 Community.
Sorry to ask again, but I'm still not a 100% sure exactly what you want to do.
At this point, you have two mobile phone contracts. One number ends on 0176..440 and one number ends on 0176….719.
Did I understand you correctly, that you want to cancel one of the two contracts and port the number of the contract that will be deactivated to the remaining contract?
Have I summarized this correctly? Or am I completely wrong about that?
