A few days ago I have received a payment notification on behalf of Telefónica from Bissel + Partner Law Firm. They force me to pay 26,40 Euros for a contract I have never signed!
This is important: I have never signed a contract with O2, and never used a service of Telefónica. In April (I guess) I'd just visited a O2 shop in Wilmersdorfer Str. 32, 10585 Berlin, and started to procedures for having an handy line but during process I have changed my mind and never signed a contract. The O2 guy said it is OK, and I am not a O2 customer
But from time to time Telefónica keep sending me emails for payment reminding my kundennummer: 607xxxxx29, and took small amounts of money from my account. I talked to O2 shop afterwards and they told me that I am out of system and I may refund my money, and the problem would solve after a while. It didn’t. I have talked to the customer service, and they said it is out of their job description. And finally, law firm stated if I don’t pay 26,40 euro till deadline, I would be sued!
So, I don't want to pay for the service I have never used, and I have never signed a contract. Besides and more importantly, it shouldn't be legal issue. I am kindly asking you to solve my problem, and my 26,40 Euros back, please.
Thank you.
