I cant receive text messages.

Hi,


I can send SMS but I am not able to receive SMS.
I inserted SIM card in other phone and checked, Still I face the same problem.
Can somebody help me in this issue as I am missing some important SMS.

Hello @Dakshpatel,

welcome to our o2 Community 😃

There can be many reasons why you cannot receive text messages.

If you are using multicards, only one of them can receive SMS. You can change that here: Multicard einstellen

What kind of cell phone do you use?

Please check whether your SMS memory is full and delete old messages if necessary.

Is the SMS central number (+491760000443) stored correctly?

Are you abroad, are incoming calls blocked?

There can be many reasons why you cannot receive text messages.
