Hi, 

I previously had a prepaid o2 plan which has not auto-renewed. I would like to re-activate the same plan and top up my account to purchase this plan online but I can not work out how to do so. I am not in Germany right now so am unable to do so in person. Help would be much appreciated thanks. In my account when I go to try and change the tarrif it says “Unfortunately, changing tariffs via “My O 2 ” is currently not possible. Please use the tariff manager via *107# on your mobile phone to make the desired tariff change.” I have called this number on my phone and it just directs me to call another number to top up, but doesn’t tell me how I can change the plan.

You don't need to change your tariff, just your tariff option. You can find options under tariff & SIM card for smartphones. Open the right tab.

Hi,

I have selected one of those prepaid options and now have received an email about my order with a contract summary attached. I do not want to sign up for a contract, I only want to continue using prepaid and be able to renew my original prepaid plan. Could you please help me to do this, I do not understand why it is so difficult to renew my prepaid plan.

The contract summary is mandatory for the provider because of transparency. The pack can be canceled at any time.
