How to de-activate "Prepaid Data Pack" BUT keep my prepaid S service

Hello,

 

I have by mistake activated a “O2 prepaid datapack S”. I am only interested to keep my “02 my Preapid S” and keep my number.

How should I proceed to csancel the datapack solely?

Hi @o2_Flo  , and thank you for taking the time to review my case and provide information.

I have reviewed the link you sent and I visited the Mein O2 area to de-activate the data pack.
