I recently moved back to the United States and had an O2 prepaid number when I lived in Germany for the last two years. I had set up an automatic top-up at the end of each month that pulled from my international bank account I had over there. I logged into my O2 account and there is no where I can cancel the automatic top-up and it continues to charge me. I tried to delete my bank account details but it won’t work and there’s no way for me to do this online. How do I cancel this as I am no longer living in Germany and don’t use the number anymore?

I can see that the automatic top up funktion is deactivated because of the last payment issues. So there is no to do for you except you want to start it again 😊

Why there's no option to cancel the auto top up from the app? I also want to cancel this but don't see any option

How do you top up your account? 
The easiest way in most cases would be to withdrawn the Sepa Mandat.

Today I have received a SMS from O2 saying that 27/07 or within 3 following days there will be 15 Euro directly debited from my account. I don't confirm it. Please cancel this transaction as well as automatic direct debiting as well.

In order for us to be able to delete your bank details here, send us an informal letter with signature and stating your customer and/or telephone number for which this change is to be made to the following address:

Important to know: The change of payment method must be entered in your payment data at least 7 days before the due date of the next invoice.

If the current, open invoice amount has already been debited, you can have it reversed by your bank, if this has not yet been done by your bank itself.

Hello, I moved back from Germany to the US and would like to stop automatic top off from my debit card to mein o2. I do not see a link for this anywhere in the mein O2 account page. Can you help me?

I have deactivated the automatic recharge from your account when the amount falls below a certain level. You can now still recharge via SMS if you want to.
If you don't need the SIM card anymore, you can also cancel it and pay out your remaining balance.
