It should be the name of a song, but it is happening very often when I speak with the o2 Hotline. I get to feel it is done on purpose by the operator that doesn't know the answer for a question.

Such a pity after waiting for 15 minutes to get on the line.. 

Does it happen to you too?

nice that you are back here in our English Community again. I regret that you had the impression that our customer service drops your line. 

 

I suppose that it is not made by purpose. Maybe there were some technical issues with the connection.

I have managed to fix my DSL connection, find LTE in Berlin-Mitte and a customer care that answers immediately by...switching to another operator! and put an end to my agony..

 

keep on pretending you are helpful!
