I am stuck with o2 homespot contract. can someone from the o2 please help me.
I took o2 homespot contract last year in the month of November (Flexible contract) and then i shifted to new city and transfer my contract to my roomate who was staying with me in old place . I do got a receipt from the o2 team that my contract is cancelled , but still every month they are taking money of o2 box every month . I want to cancel the o2 box contract as i am unable to afford it and I am not using the box . Since the box is in my name , I did went to the store and they said that contract cannot be cancelled . Is there any option where I can return the box to the telefonica company as I just want to cancel the contract.
Please help me to cancel the o2 homespot contract.
