Homespot activation

Hi @o2_Giulia i have also same problem now with my home spot 

 

I have order O2 home spot on this Sunday and arrived today. So I am trying to set up the router. I have activated the SIM card and inserted the sim in router but it’s not working and the last 3 led light are on and wlan led light is off. 
can you please help me in that.

I have had a look into your issue, you have already contacted our customer support in the meantime and they have sent you a new homespot. Have you already received it and is it working now?

If you need further support, I recommend this video: o2 Homespot - Activation You can also change the subtitles to English language :gear: .
