Help with sim acivation


Hello,

I have purchased pre-paid sim card from store and tried to activate it via video chat. However, the person who checks my ID says she cannot speak English. Is there anyone who could help me activate my sim card?

few days have passed now already since you posted your question in our English community.

Has your concern been resolved in the meantime?

Normally, your identity is checked in an o2 shop and the shop staff then initiate the post-ident procedure. Your card should then be activated within 24 hours. Can you confirm this?

I still didn’t succeed on activating my sim. The sim was not activated after I purchased it from the store. I think I need to prove my identity. But the worker I get connected with does not speak English and I don’t understand what she says. Also the O2 branch located nearby where I am is unfortunately closed permanently.
