Hello,
I am having troubles receiving a final contract of my tariff + phone.
I have called many times and was promised this from customer service via phone, they said they were sending this via email and post but I haven't received anything yet.
I think this is something that should n't happen.
Basically I would need final copies of the following:
Customer data (your O2 contract) tariffs and services
Further terms of contract
Sepa Landschrift Mandate
Contract summary (at least this as I need a copy for work related reasons)
Could you please help me both the shop and the customer service are putting a lot of resistance in sending me this through and I need these for my own documentation tracking.
I don't understand why sending something so basic and vital legal document for a customer is becoming a big issue.
Please help!
