extending prepaid contract

The minimum contract period for my O2 prepaid mobile contracts (I have two) is ending soon, and I would like to continue with my current service for another month (possibly longer). Will my current plan continue or do I need to do something to extend them? And since neither of them offers the same plan that I currently have, does this mean that I cannot keep my current plan (one is unlimited and the other has only a small data plan)?

Hi @expat2883

welcome to our English Community.

Thanks for your message.

I am not quite sure if I understood you correctly.

Do you have 2 prepaid-cards, or do you talk about our flex-contracts that have a monthly cancellation-possibility?

Just let me know the name of your tariffs.

Thanks a lot.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Thanks, Tobias. They are the flex contracts (that go by the month rather than having a 24 month contract), and that cancellation objects makes me wonder if they will just continue with the current plan if I don’t explicitly cancel (which I haven’t done) or whether I need to go in and extend each of them for another month.

Hello @expat2883,

with a Flexcontract you have the flexibility to cancel the contract with a months notice.

As long as you do not cancel it, it will continue to run and you will be able to use it at your hearts desires, it is not necessary to extend it actively :-)

Regards,

Lars
