error "403"

Hello, 

I am writing in english and hopefully you will understand.

I get the same error “403” when I try to log In in “MeinO2” to see the Rechnung for a Home Spot device.

If I would like to log in using a phone Nr. the question is: Do I have one allocated to this contract? I didn’t see it in the papers.

Hello @LikA380 and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you use a o2 Homespot you insert a SIM card in it to function. Every SIM card has a phone number, so you will be able to access the Mein o2 area after registering with the phone number-.

If you do not know the phone number, there are several ways to find out. If you use a phone with the Homespot simply call yourself on your mobile phone, the number shopuld show up. If you have no phone connected you also recieved the phone number via SMS and can access these SMS via the web GUI of your Homespot.

If even this fails there is still the possibility tpo contact our customer service, after providing your 4 digit “Persönliche KundenkennzahL” for legitimation purpose they will tell you the phone number.

With it you can finally register on our online portal :-)
